(Important Ticket Info: This will be an amazing day!  We are so excited to party with you.  All ticket sales are final, no refunds.  Tickets will not be mailed to you.  Your name will be on a list at will call on show day.  Please bring your Paypal receipt as proof of purchase (either printed or on your smart phone).  This event is rain or shine.  In the rare circumstance that it does get rained out, there will be no refunds.  However, It hasn't happened in 20 years, so let's prepare for some fun in the gorgeous, sunny Topanga Canyons while enjoying some of the best blues and mouth-watering BBQ in the world!)

Please read all of the important details below.

TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED.  They will be held under your name, at the front gate, on show day.  Please bring your Paypal confirmation (either on your phone or printed) as your receipt of purchase.

THE EVENT ADDRESS:

THE SHOW STARTS AT 11:00 AM:  However, the gate opens at 10:00 am, and seating is first come first served in each section.

SEATING GUIDE:  This year we have three levels of seating.  We will have volunteers helping you to your seats.  But here is generally where you will be sitting:

1.         PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP TICKET HOLDERS - wooden benches (rows 1 & 2)

2.         GOLD V.I.P. TICKET HOLDERS - wooden benches (rows 3 thru 6)

3.         GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS - concrete slabs (row 7 thru 15).  We strongly advise bringing a seat cushion for your own comfort.

PARKING:  Parking is FREE along the road on Topanga Canyon Blvd., outside the venue.  Come early for the closest parking options.  There is no parking inside the venue.

HANDICAPPED PARKING:  This is extremely limited.  Please do NOT call the Will Geer Theatricum for handicapped parking.  You must e-mail us BEFORE MAY 1, 2019 to arrange for one of the few available spaces.  When you e-mail us, please leave your full name and phone number, and we will e-mail you back if we are able to reserve you a handicapped space.   A handicapped placard is necessary and you must arrive between 9:00 am and 9:45 am on festival day.

CASH ONLY: Please bring plenty of cash on festival day since we do not have credit card access in the rural Topanga Canyon.  When you arrive you will notice that we have a few great vendors, including our delicious BBQ chef (Smokin' Steve's Pit BBQ), which is available all day.   We will also have T-shirts and other items for sale, not to mention a big raffle with tons of prizes including CDs, T-shirts, and an electric guitar etc..  Also, each artist will have CDs for sale and they can only accept cash.

BEVERAGES / FOOD: Our fabulous BBQ vendor will also be selling beer, wine, soft drinks and water.  As per the rules of the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum there will be a two drink MAXIMUM for alcoholic beverages.

ONLY WATER IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE PERFORMANCE AREA:  Only 2 things are allowed inside the theater: seat cushions and bottled water.   These are the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum's strict rules.  There is no food (because it attracts insects and animals), beverages (other than water), lawn chairs, coolers, alcohol nor smoking allowed in inside.   However, you may eat and drink aplenty on the grounds outside the theater, in the designated picnic area.

12:50 pm - 1:30 pm - Intermission

WOODEN BENCHES ROWS 1 THRU 2

THIS SECTION IS SOLD OUT.  PLEASE GET GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS BELOW.

Guaranteed rows 1 thru 3.  All of these seats are wooden benches with back rests.  $75 each early bird special.  After April 1, these seats will be $100 each.


GOLD V.I.P. SEATS - $55 / $65

WOODEN BENCHES ROWS 3 THRU 6

THIS SECTION IS SOLD OUT.  PLEASE GET GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS BELOW.

 Guaranteed rows 4 thru 6.  All of these seats are wooden benches with back rests.  $55 each early bird special.  After April 1, these seats will be $65 each.


GENERAL ADMISSION - $35

ROWS 7 THRU 15

These seats are in the upper levels, rows 7 thru 14.  They have no back rests, but you are welcome to bring your own seat cushion with back rest.  To be guaranteed a seat with back support in the lower 6 levels, please get VIP or Sponsor Level tickets.
